When you complete the automation assessment we store your answers and, where you provide them, your name, company and email address so we can send your opportunity map and follow up.

When you use the contact form we store your message, name, company and email address.

We also receive standard technical logs our hosting and analytics providers generate, such as pages visited and approximate location.

Your submissions are used to prepare the assessment results you requested, to respond to your enquiry, and — if you become a client — to deliver and improve the services we run for you.

We may contact you once to follow up on a submission. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Submissions are stored in our managed database and are not publicly accessible. Only our team and the infrastructure providers we rely on can access them, under their own confidentiality obligations.

We never share your business details or submission content with third parties for their own marketing.

This site uses minimal, functional cookies only: those needed to keep the site working and, where applicable, to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.

If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate page-view data and do not build personal profiles.

We keep assessment and contact submissions while they are relevant to a potential or active engagement. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@throughline.example. We respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you are, you may also have rights under local privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). We honour them regardless of your location.

Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to what our team needs to do its work. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we'd want for ours.
